Return & Refund Policy

Since every item is made to order, we’ve designed our policy to be clear, fair, and supportive.  For any questions, please email:  support@soulfuldesignsco.com 

 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled **within 2 hours** of purchase. After production begins, orders cannot be canceled, but you may return the unused item once it arrives for a refund.

Returns (30 Days)

We accept returns within **30 days of delivery** on unused items in original condition; unworn and unwashed, tags attached and in original packaging. 

Refunds are issued after inspection. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or style: 

Return the unused item and reorder once your return is approved. Please send us an email at support@soulfuldesignsco.com

Damaged / Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost. Please email photos and your order number to support@soulfuldesignsco.com

Return Shipping Costs

**Change-of-mind / size returns → customer pays return shipping** 

**Wrong or damaged items → we replace free of charge**

Need a prepaid label?  We can provide one — the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Returnable Items

·       Worn or washed items 

·       Gift cards 

European Union Customers 

EU customers may cancel within **14 days of delivery** if items are unused and in original condition.

🚚 Lost / Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, contact your carrier first.  We will help file a claim — however, we cannot issue refunds for carrier-confirmed deliveries.

✏️ Wrong Address Entered at Checkout

If production has not begun, we will update your address.   If it has already started or shipped, the order cannot be changed or refunded.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

**Why can’t I cancel after production starts?** 

Items are printed just for you — once production begins, it cannot be stopped.

**Do you offer free size exchanges?** 

Not at this time — items are custom-printed. You may return an unused item and reorder.

**Can I return after wearing or washing?** 

Returns must be unused & unwashed.

**Can I refuse delivery?** 

Refused deliveries are not accepted as valid returns. Please contact us first.
